Harshitha Ravikumar | Principal

Harshitha Ravikumar brings over two decades of educational experience to her role. Her journey into Montessori education began early in life, inspired by her mother, a Montessori educator. Harshitha holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Teaching (Birth to 12), along with internationally recognised Montessori qualifications, including the Montessori Diploma for 3 to 6 year old children and the Montessori Diploma for 6 to 12 year old children.

Harshitha is committed to cultivating a school culture where all staff feel valued, empowered, and supported to bring their unique strengths to the team. Her calm, considered approach fosters a strong sense of belonging, professionalism, and mutual growth within the school community.

In her work with children, Harshitha is driven by Maria Montessori’s vision of education as a pathway to peace and lifelong learning. She is passionate about guiding children to become independent, curious, and joyful learners, supported by environments that honour their individuality and natural developmental rhythms.

Harshitha continues to be inspired by the daily moments of wonder that unfold in Montessori classrooms and by the shared commitment of families and educators to support each child’s potential.
